Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 2026

Loop Network Intelligence (“Loop”) is a service that tracks the introductions you make by email. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights around it. We keep it plain. No legalese.

What we collect

When you CC Loop on an introduction email, we collect:

If you sign in to the dashboard, we also collect:

We do not access your inbox. We only ever see threads where you explicitly CC loop@getlooped.cc.

How we use it

We do not sell your data. We do not use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of third-party services to operate Loop:

All services are bound by their own privacy policies and data processing agreements. We do not share your data with anyone else.

The people you introduce

When you CC Loop, the people you are introducing will receive a follow-up email from Loop a few weeks later. That email explains who sent the intro and asks a simple question about whether it was useful. They can opt out of future Loop follow-ups at any time by replying or clicking unsubscribe.

Data retention

We keep your intro data for as long as your account is active. If you ask us to delete your account, we remove your data within 30 days.

If you have never signed in and only used Loop by CC, email us and we will remove your intro history on request.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete the data we hold about you. If you are in the EU or UK, you also have rights under GDPR including the right to data portability and the right to object to processing.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at privacy@getlooped.cc. We will respond within 30 days.

Changes

If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify dashboard users by email. The updated date at the top of this page always reflects the latest version.
