By using Loop Network Intelligence (“Loop”), whether by CCing loop@getlooped.cc or signing into the dashboard, you agree to these terms. Please read them. They're short.
Loop Network Intelligence is a service that tracks professional introductions made by email. When you CC loop@getlooped.cc on an intro, Loop logs it, follows up with both parties a few weeks later, and reports back to you on how it went.
Loop is currently in open beta. Features may change, and occasional bugs are expected.
You agree to use Loop only for legitimate professional introductions. You must not:
When you CC Loop on an introduction, the people you are introducing will receive a follow-up email from Loop. By CCing Loop, you confirm that this follow-up is appropriate given the nature of the introduction. Those parties can opt out of future Loop messages at any time.
You are responsible for keeping your account secure. Loop uses Google and Microsoft sign-in, so we do not store your password. You can delete your account at any time from your settings page.
Loop is free during open beta. If we introduce paid plans in the future, we will notify existing users in advance. You will never be charged without explicit consent.
Loop is provided as-is. We do our best to keep it running reliably, but we make no guarantees about uptime, accuracy, or the outcome of any introduction. We are not responsible for the results (good or bad) of any intro made through Loop.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Loop and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the past twelve months (which, during the free beta, is zero).
We may update these terms from time to time. If the changes are material, we will notify dashboard users by email. Continued use of Loop after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the applicable courts of the United States.
